Elvanse

Has anyone found that 30mg of Elvanse/Vyvanse is enough for them (adults)?

I took 30 mg of Vyvanse for a while, but realized it made me a little jittery. Now I take 20 mg and yes, it is enough to control my ADHD Elvanse,

Firstly in context, Vyvanse was the first amphetamine derivative that my doctor prescribed to me, and at the time I wasn’t as scientifically literate so I had no idea how it was going to effect me and how it differed from the Biphentin (Similar to Ritalin) that I was switching off from. I still remember the first day that I took Vyvanse, I was in drama class writing a script for an upcoming scene performance when it kicked in … and boy did it kick in. Straight off the bat I felt my heart pounding and my blood racing throughout my body. I felt like my senses were both heightened and numbed at the same time, essentially I felt like I was in zen and running a marathon at the same time. My focus became crystal clear and all my ADHD symptoms vanished into the space-time continuum. After taking Vyvanse for a few more days, I noticed that I had much more confidence and I was more willing to ask questions in class that I would of otherwise not even bother.

Vyvanse is a prescription-only controlled medication. In its long-acting form when taken in the morning, it tends to have measurable effects for about 14 hours, so it should be wearing off (or already worn off) by the time you go to bed.
